Computer Security Day, Fishbowl 6G and Cyber Security
On 30 November 2023, the Barkhausen Institut, together with the partners of the research project “6G-ReS – Secure and Resilient 5G/6G Systems” , hosted a discussion in a fishbowl format at the COSMO Science Forum.
The following questions were the focus of the discussion: What are the added values and challenges of 6G? Why is security so relevant? And how can we ensure that our online communication is protected against cyber-attacks, sabotage and environmental disasters?
In a fishbowl, the discussion group is divided into a round inner and an outer circle. At the beginning, the participants of the research project discuss with each other in the inner circle and the audience sits in the outer circle. If someone from the outer circle wants to participate in the discussion, they can swap places with participants from the inner circle. The whole event was facilitated by a professional moderator.
