Summer University

On 11 July 2023, the BI took part in the Summer University at TU Dresden. During this week-long event, school students had the opportunity to explore various institutes, research facilities and laboratories. By interacting with scientists, they gained insights into current research and became familiar with the university's STEM degree programs. At the Barkhausen Institut, school students had the chance to try their hand at programming a robotic arm, interact with interactive demonstrators, and experience our researchers' work firsthand.
