IEEE 6G Summit Dresden

At the IEEE 6G Summit on May 19 and 20 at the International Congress Center Dresden, the Barkhausen Institut (BI) provided insights into its research on trustworthy digital technologies.

Using four interactive demonstrators, the BI presented approaches from the fields of trustworthy communication, artificial intelligence, networked systems, and microelectronics. The demonstrators showed how digital systems could be made more secure, sensitive data could be protected when using artificial intelligence, and flexible hardware could be used for energy-efficient 6G applications. The intuitive control of a robotic dog through human gestures was also demonstrated.

With this, the BI demonstrated that trustworthy technologies could only emerge through the interplay of hardware, communication systems, and intelligent applications.
