Artificial intelligence in surgery
On 13 November 2024, the Barkhausen Institut hosted a discussion event on “Artificial Intelligence in Surgery” at the COSMO Science Forum.
Experts discussed whether AI could revolutionize surgery and shed light on its use from diagnosis to aftercare. Specific areas of application and the associated ethical issues were also discussed.
