Barkhausen Institut strengthens Germany’s expertise in chip design
The BI is contributing its research expertise to the establishment of a national Competence Center for Chip Design (CCCD). The goal is to strengthen Germany’s independence and technological sovereignty in the field of central platform chips.
The institute brings together the extensive experience of its researchers in Dresden and aims to work closely with national partners such as CHIPS.NRW – Cluster for Chipdesign, the Bavarian Chip-Design-Center (BCDC), and Chips JU.
